Introduction

    This masterbatch is mainly made up of superfine white inorganic powder, accompanying with special toughening materials and addition agents and manufactured with special device and technology; with good dispersity in PS resin, obvious toughening effect and good processing performance, it improves the dimension stability of products, and greatly reduces the cost while improves the deformation of curved bridge of plastic injection products.

  Range of application

   It is mainly applied to the modified toughening filling for PS, HIPS sheets, sectional materials and plastic injection plastics.

  Usage

   In general, the traditional production technology can satisfy requirements for this masterbatch, so the device and production technology shall not be replaced during detailed production. That is to say, mix with the matrix resin as per certain percentage, stir uniformly and feed. Recommended percentage of addition: 1%-30% (weight ratio). For detailed amount of filling, depend on the performance requirements for final product.

  Packaging and store

   Double-packaging, paper-plastic lamination for external surface and water-proof and damp-proof polythene film bag for internal surface. The net weight is 25KG/bag. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Pay attention to prevent water and damp. The product performance may be affected by the moisture, so it shall be run out as soon as possible after opening the package. The guarantee period under sealed storage condition is 4 months.
